Privacy

This privacy policy explains how your personal information may be used by us. You reserve the right to withdraw your information from our records at any time.

What personal information may we ask you for?

When making an order with us or registering to our site, (as appropriate) you may be asked to enter your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information or other details needed to process a successful order.

Do I have to provide identification to purchase from you?

If you pay by bank transfer we do not need any further ID. We may however contact you to confirm some security details.

If you are paying by cash we do not require any identity for orders under £5,000 in a single transaction or less than £10,000 in multiple transactions over a 12 month period.

Do I have to provide identification to sell to you?

We do not need ID if you are selling via our postal service and are being paid via bank transfer. All we need is your full name, postal address and bank details.

If you are selling in store and would like to be paid in cash then we will need a copy of a valid photo driving licence, passport or recent utility bills.

For orders in excess of these limits we are required to keep identification to comply with HM Revenue & Customs regulations. We need one piece of photographic identity (passport or drivers licence) and one household bill to prove your address (utility bills, bank statements, credit card statements). You can post us originals which we will return the next day by recorded delivery or you can provide certified copies. Certified copies must be signed by an authority figure (Lawyer, Accountant, Doctor, Policeman) or you can get the copies certified at the post office for a small fee.

How do we use this information?

We may use your personal information to process orders, send out marketing communications or respond to customer service requests.

How do we protect your personal information?

Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of our team who are trusted to keep information confidential and compliant with GDPR laws. All sensitive information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and all transactions are processed through a gateway provider, meaning information is not stored or processed on our servers.
